I lack sewing follow through - My five dresses

We recently moved to a new apartment (hopefully one where I can actually feel comfortable crafting).  During the process of getting ready I went through all of my craft stuff.  During this I found 5 unfinished dresses that I think I was trying to forget about.   I get the feeling and I think my blog is a great example(lets see how long I post for now) of this but I seriously lack follow through on certain projects.

The five dresses I found are so close yet so far away from being completed. Each of them had either a zipper that wouldn't lay right or fabric that wasn't falling right so I think I just put them on the back burner till I felt ready to deal with them.

I pondered getting rid of them but the fact that I really wanted these dresses at some point ( and still do) makes me want to see them completed.

Below are the dresses that need to be completed with what needs to be done.

Yellow Flower sundress

• Needs zipper
• Needs lining
• Needs bottom hemmed

Light blue Sundress

• Needs fitting fixed
• Needs zipper redone
• Needs hemming on bottom

Blue T-shirt dress

• Needs to be taken in at the waist
• Needs to have seams hemmed

Blue Coffee Date dress

• Midriff needs to be lengthened
• Needs front lace added

Red Dress

• Top needs to be taken in to remove gap
• Needs to be hemmed
• Needs zipper
• Needs top and skirt sewn together

I think getting these dresses finished will be my goal for May.  Do you have any projects that you procrastinate on finishing?  If so let me know in the comments.
